Being logged out constantly for switching apps is a pain in the a$$. Still has this problem after update. I'll explain better for the hard of understanding... This app logs you out when the app is switched to the background i.e. when looking up your password to log in, reading an email or anything really. Just use a timeout please!
Can't add funds from basket, just keeps logging out.. 😠
Worked perfectly for the last four years but auto top-up now keeps disabling itself. Uninstalled and re-installed several times. Now get the message 'can not connect to server' All my other apps work perfectly. Using this app is the only way my daughter can access and pay for her school meals.
Never a great app. Temperamental to say the least. Used to be able to log in with fingerprint. Now since last update can't log in at all. Server issues? Extremely below par as it's the go to method for your kids to eat.
Terrible. Why are schools choosing to use such a bad app. It rearly loads, then its glitchy, just appauling
Simple to use
This app has become useless...crashing..white screen as others have reported..now struggling to apply money to my childs account for their schools dinners...what a joke.
What a terrible app, never seems to load, it takes 5 mins to actually use the service, so far this morning it's taken around 30 mins to load
This app needs biometric logins!! I emailed support about this 2yrs ago and was told they were looking into implementing it but still nothing... It would also be helpful if the purse for trips\bookings and catering could be joined instead of having them separate. Why they are separated I don't know🤷🏻♂️ This is why I have only given them 3 stars
Haven't been able to use on my android phone for a long time only have a white screen as others have described, luckily still available on the iPad, something needs to be sorted by the developers.
